Analyse all stages of the transaction process, and various documents used at each stage. (In-house trainings include discussion of your particular documents.);
- Rules for collecting debt: 10 critical rules for debt collection discussed;
- Interest: How many companies charge interest on accounts? When? At what rate may interest be charged? Those who do not charge interest, why not? Discuss the reasons and benefits of charging interest;
- The Cash Recovery Plan: The biggest single element in speeding up recovery. The system is explained and benefits discussed;
- Non-litigious Collection Tactics: Incentives, reminders, telephone collection. Each discussed in detail;
- Discussing Settlement: Tips on discussing settlement with you client, in person and over the phone. Critical elements of a 'Payment Agreement'. Collecting via third parties such as Tracing Agents and Collection Agents to name a few;
- Assessment and Action Plan: Discussion of your objectives, your plan, defining steps that need to be taken to improve recovery of debts at your company. Documents that should be prepared / ecompleted etc.
